Bryant Ensman has been working in the Arizona construction market for 35 years.  In 1986 he obtained his plumbing and gas fitting journeyman license.  After working for 10 years in the plumbing subcontracting field, he moved into the residential home building market as a Project Supt for Monterey Homes.  

 

Bryant's experience with Monterey Homes led to an opportunity working for Kitchell Contractors. During this time he was approached to oversee the production home contract for the Lyle Anderson Company at Superstition Mountain. Once that contract was over he continued on with KCI as a Healthcare Supt.  This opportunity kick-started his healthcare experience for the next 10 years working with clients such as Banner Health and CHW, now known as Dignity Health.

 

Continuing his career as a Healthcare Supt, Bryant moved to DPR Construction. At DPR Bryan became part of the Core Supt group and also a member of the Safety Committee for almost another 10 years. His vast experience afforded him the opportunity to run Greenfield Healthcare Projects, Healthcare TIs, and Tower Additions.

 

As a strongly sought expert in the healthcare construction field, Bryant moved to Skanska USA for 5 years. At Skanska USA he worked as the Healthcare General Supt overseeing all healthcare projects in Arizona and Nevada. His largest project gave Bryant the opportunity to oversee all Field Operations for the re-branding of Dignity Health under the Hello Human Kindness program.

Over the course of his construction career Bryant has held numerous Licenses and Certifications including Journeyman Plumber and Gasfitter, Chlorine Gas, Medical Gas, ADEQ Water Treatment Level 2 and Water Distribution Level 2, CPR, First Aid, OSHA, Member of ASHE, CASHE and an Arizona Real Estate License.
